Biography
He graduated from the Imperial College of Law (79th issue [1] of the end of 1917 - beginning of 1918) and the Page Corps of His Imperial Majesty . He was an officer of the Life Guards Horse Regiment [1] . Member of the First World War . After the revolution, he participated in anti-communist activities in Russia. The Cheka was arrested [2] . In 1921, he managed to illegally cross the Finnish border. After moving to Paris , in 1929 he was able to organize a small group of monarchists in the Russian Imperial Union and headed it [2] . According to the memoirs of his comrades-in-arms, he was a skilled orator and ideologist; he created departments and groups of the Russian Imperial Union throughout the whole of Abroad. From the very beginning of their activity, N. N. Ruzsky and the Russian Imperial Union did not agree with the claims of Grand Duke Kirill Vladimirovich to the Russian throne. In 1939, N. N. Ruzsky did not agree with the decision of the Supreme Council of the Imperial Union to support the Russian Imperial House, which, after the death of Kirill Vladimirovich, was led by his son, Grand Duke Vladimir Kirillovich , and resigned as chairman to avoid the split of the Imperial Union [2] .
During World War II, he moved to Franco- Spain , where he later died.
