Former station building

The decision to close this section of the line was made due to the new BMT Archer Avenue Line project. The very construction of the station that was no longer in operation stood for another two years and only in 1979 was dismantled. This line was opened in 1988 , but there was no alternative replacement for this station - the nearest existing metro station is one block west of the neighboring 160th Street : at the intersection of Parsons Boulevard with 160th Street .

This station was the easternmost on the line and was the terminal for all trains. It was represented by one island platform and two ways. The paths ended in dead ends from the eastern end of the platform. A train exit was used at the crossroads located west of the station. Immediately after the congress, the third central path began, which had congresses to two other external routes. The central track was used for sludge trains and ended after the next station 160th street .

The station had access to the 165th and 168th streets , named after the last. Unlike the four stations located to the west of this one, which were also dismantled, this station was not completely liquidated. In particular, the station building remained at the intersection of Jameika Avenue and 165th Street . Now it is converted into shops.
