Holly Lewis was born December 26, 1965 Grand Island ( Nebraska , USA ) in the family of Cortez and Rita Lewis. Lewis had two brothers - Mark Lewis and Scott Lewis. From Mark she had a nephew of Coy, and from Scott - a niece of Taylor.
During her 16-year film career, which lasted from 1993-2009, Holly played in 16 films and television series. Lewis was also a screenwriter and film producer.
46-year-old Holly died on June 22, 2012 at her home in Mardok ( Nebraska , USA ) for reasons unknown to the public where she lived with her husband Rader Rotenacher [1] .
