He studied at the Kamensk-Ural secondary school No. 16. He graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Aviation Instrumentation, State Institute of Physical Culture named after P. F. Lesgaft .
Career
At the Olympic Games in Moscow, Victor won a gold medal in discus throw. He sent a shell 66.64 meters ahead of Czechoslovakian Imrich Bugar and Cuban Luis Delis [2] .
