Timofey Neofitov , entered the service in 1822; September 24, 1834 promoted to college assessors. On November 20, 1836, a diploma for noble dignity was granted to him with posterity.
Emblem Description
The shield is half-dissected and crossed. In the first, scarlet part, a silver long three-leaf cross; in the second, azure, golden bee ; in the third golden part, a azure sword and a black eagle wing are laid crosswise.
The shield is crowned with a noble helmet and crown. Crest: three ostrich feathers. The mark on the shield on the right is scarlet with silver, on the left is azure with gold. The coat of arms of Neofitov is included in Part 11 of the General Tombstone of the noble families of the All-Russian Empire, p. 110.
