Biography
Orthodox. From the hereditary nobles of the Ekaterinoslav province. Landowner of Novomoskovsk Uyezd (150 acres ).
The son of the chief of staff of the Ural Cossack Army Nikolai Vladimirovich Rodzianka (1852-1918) and Princess Zoya Alekseevna Obolenskaya (1858-1897). Nephew of the Chairman of the III and IV State Dumas Mikhail Vladimirovich Rodzianka .
He graduated from high school in Uralsk and the Alexander Lyceum (1899).
He served as an official of special assignments under the St. Petersburg governor , zemsky chief of the 1st section of the Novomoskovsk district (1900-1904). Reached collegiate advisers . He was elected the vowel of the Novomoskovsk district zemstvo (1903) and the Olgopol district zemstvo of the Podolsk province (1911), the Novomoskovsk district leader of the nobility (since 1904), the honorary magistrate of Novomoskovsk district.
In 1912 he was elected a member of the State Duma from the Ekaterinoslav province. He was a member of the Union faction on October 17 , after its split - in the group of Zemstvo-Octobrists. He was a member of the Progressive bloc . He was a member of the commissions: on resettlement, on the working issue and on military and naval affairs. He was a rapporteur of the 8th department for the verification of the rights of members of the State Duma.
He participated in the February Revolution : on February 28, he was appointed commissar of the VKGD at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, and on March 4, at the Main Directorate of State Horse Breeding.
After the October Revolution he emigrated to France. He lived in Paris, was a member of the Association of former pupils of the Imperial Alexander Lyceum.
He died in 1949 in Paris. He was buried in the cemetery of Saint-Genevieve-des-Bois . He was married, had three children.
