Biography

Born November 28, 1952 in the city of Grozny. Russian

He graduated from the Moscow Suvorov Military School in 1971. In 1975 - the Moscow Higher Combined Arms Command School named after the Supreme Council of the RSFSR [1] , in 1984 - the Military Academy named after MV Frunze . Candidate of Sociological Sciences (1996).

He served in the Southern Group of Forces, Moscow Military District. He commanded a platoon, company, held the post of deputy battalion commander.

After graduating from the Academy, he held various command and staff posts. From 1988 to 2002 he served in the Office of Personnel of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. He served as an officer, senior officer, deputy head of department, head of department, head of department, deputy head and head of the Department.

In May 2002, he was appointed to the post of First Deputy Head of the Main Personnel Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

Since October 29, 2004 - Head of the Main Personnel Department - Deputy Head of the Personnel and Educational Service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

Since September 2005 - Head of the Main Personnel Directorate of the Ministry of Defense.

Dismissed from military service in 2009.
