History
The village of Sobolevka was incorporated into the administrative district of Sochi in October 1934. There were places for grazing, gardens, and later - a settlement appeared. By the decision of the Krasnodar regional executive committee of 07.04.1961, No. 329, the village of Sobolevka was included in the Khostinsky district of the city of Sochi. The active development of Sobolevka as a settlement began in the 1990s. Today it is a large neighborhood, part of the structure of the Khostinsky district of the resort city of Sochi, where about 3,000 people live.
