Biography
Born November 21, 1925 in the village. Alexandrovka, Izhmorsky District, Tomsk District, Siberian Territory (now the Kemerovo Region ), in a peasant family. Russian
He graduated from a seven-year school, then worked as a tractor driver.
He was drafted into the Red Army in March 1943 and sent to the front of the Great Patriotic War .
Sniper of the 218th Guards Rifle Regiment of the Guard, Private Mikhail Vlasov on the night of September 27, 1943 in the area of the village. Nedanchichi ( Repkinsky district, Chernihiv region ) crossed the Dnieper River . The boat in which he sailed, overturned from the burst of the projectile, got to the shore by swimming, courageously fought to capture the bridgehead and repel the enemy’s counterattacks.
October 18, 1943 near Gomel, M. M. Vlasov was mortally wounded. He was buried in the village of Asarevichi in the Bragin district of the Gomel region of the Belorussian SSR .
Rewards
- The title of Hero of the Soviet Union was awarded on January 15, 1944 (posthumously).
- Order of Lenin (posthumously, January 15, 1944).

Memory
- The feat of Vlasov is dedicated to the stand at the Museum of Military Glory of the Izhmorsky District.
- In the village of Novoslavianka, Izhmorsky district, fellow soldiers who died during the Great Patriotic War have an obelisk with Mikhail Maksimovich Vlasov [2] .
- In the village of Asarevichi there is a street named after Vlasov.
