The fourth football tournament in the framework of the Pan American Games was held in Sao Paulo ( Brazil ) from April 20 to May 4, 1963. The tournament was played on a round-robin system, the teams held one match with each other. Argentina's national team could not defend the title, Brazilian football players won. In total, five teams took part in the tournament.
