The station was opened on August 19, 1885, today it is represented by two side platforms serving only the external (local) routes of the three-track line. The central express train is not used for regular train traffic. During peak hours in the peak direction, when the J / Z skip-stop mode is set on the Jameika, B-em-ti line , the station passes without stopping the Z train.
