It was founded in 1992 . According to its own data, by 2007 it occupied 9% of the Russian market of decorative coatings. Since the second half of the 2000s, due to strong competition with foreign manufacturers, production has been mastered in the super-cheap segment (paints with a cost of up to 60 rubles per kg) [2] .
Owners (2009): Dmitry Udras (19.9%), Konstantin Babkin (18.9%), Yuri Ryazanov (18.9%), Vadim Dolgov (15.32%) [1] .
