History
On March 1, 1966, the settlement was part of the territory of the Irgaklinsky village council of the Neftekumsky district as the village of the fruit farm “Achikulaksky” [3] .
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR of February 9, 1972, the village of the fruit farm “Achikulaksky” was renamed Novoirgaklinsky [4] .
By the decision of the Stavropol Regional Executive Committee of April 5, 1972, the Irgaklinsky Village Council, together with all the settlements, including the village of Novoirgaklinsky [5] , transferred the composition of the Stepnovsky District [6] .
