Moyyldy (Muyaldy) - a balneotherapy resort [1] , 15 km north-east of the city of Pavlodar , is part of Pavlodar . Located in the Kulundinskaya steppe on the shores of the salty lake Moyyldy (Cheremukhovo).

History
Once Pavlodar region was famous for a large number of sanatoriums and dispensaries. Some lakes of the Pavlodar region have long become places of pilgrimage for both local residents and visitors. Lakes Yamyshevskoye, Maraldy and Moyyldy are especially popular. The properties and composition of mud from the depths of Moyylda are not fully understood. The spectrum of their action is quite wide.
Once simple observations and conjectures of local residents in modern conditions were supplemented by scientific calculations and conclusions of research works.
The inhabitants of Pavlodar Irtysh have known about the healing properties of Lake Moyyldy with its unique mud since ancient times. Old men came here to treat joints that were twisted over the years of disease, women sought relief from infertility, men came for male strength, children were brought to get rid of annoying cough, rash and other ailments. The source of health and longevity has not lost its relevance today.
Resort
How the resort has been operating since 1922 . There is a sanatorium with 560 beds (360 in winter) for clients with diseases of the organs of motion and support, the nervous system, gynecological diseases. In summer, a department for 60 people works for teenagers. The resort has a balneotherapy center (20 mud couches and 20 baths), a pump room (a structure under a mineral spring). Moyyldy is connected with Pavlodar by road via the Pavlodar - Uspenka highway and bus number 66.
Natural healing factors
Pavlodar region is unique in the presence of zones that could become international resorts. Mud and brine from the salt lake of Moyyldy, left over from the time when the sea splashed in the region, can cure many serious ailments.
The main natural healing factors are silt mud and sulphate-chloride sodium-magnesium brine of the lake (its area is 0.5 km²). Mineralization of brine 250 g / l. Mud reserves of 150 thousand tons. Rapu, diluted with red water, is used for bathtubs. The healing mud of the salty lake of Moyyldy attracts thousands of fans every year.
