Career
As a player
In 1987, he played for the Smolensk Iskra . Then he played for Selenga , Sakhalin , Zvezda-Yunis-Sib . Then he returned to the Selenga for the season and soon left for the Chinese Shenyang Dongbei Liuo . Then he spent another season at Seleng, from which he returned for two seasons to the same Chinese club, which changed its name. The next season, again played for the “Selenga”. The last club in the career of a football player was Krasnoyarsk Metallurg, in which for three seasons he played in 84 matches and scored 8 goals.
As a trainer
Alferov’s entire coaching career is connected with the Krasnoyarsk Metallurgist, in which he was and. about. head coach (2001, twice in 2002), his assistant (2002, 2004-2006, 2009, 2010), and head coach in 2003, 2007, and from 2010 to 2013.
After Alferov’s appointment as the head coach of Metallurg-Yenisei in 2010, the club’s goal has not changed - getting into the first division. The club ahead of schedule for the tour to the end of the championship secured a performance in the first division of the Russian football championship , taking first place in the Vostok zone [2] .
March 30, 2011 Alferov passed the final exams, completing his studies at the Higher School of Trainers, and received a category “A” coaching license, which gives the right to lead the first division team [3] .
According to the results of the FNL championship 2011/12 , Yenisei took 10th place, and Alferov was nominated for the title of the best coach of the tournament [4] .
From November 20, 2013 to June 6, 2015 he was the head coach of the Irkutsk Baikal [5] [6] .
