noitulovE (the word “Evolution”, on the contrary, the Russian. Evolution ) is a British television commercial , released by Diageo in 2005 to promote Guinness Draft Stout . The video became the basis of an advertising campaign worth 15 million pounds sterling , aimed at men aged 20 to 30 years. In the advertisement, in the reverse order, shows the journey of the three characters from the fish to the modern man before they try Guinness in a London pub. The movie, worth 1.3 million pounds, was created by the advertising agency Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO , and the director was Daniel Kleinman. Kleinman Productions and Framestore CFC also participated in the project. The premiere of the commercial on British television took place on October 3, 2005.
noitulovE was the fifth in the Good Things come to those who wait series, and its premiere ended a four-year hiatus in the release of this series. Advertising received good reviews and brought the financial success of the company. She received more than 30 awards from various professional organizations involved in the advertising and television business, becoming the most titled commercial in 2006. The impact of advertising on sales in the UK was so great that while the profits of most beer companies fell, Guinness announced a significant increase in their income. At the same time, Guinness sales reached its highest level and the company took the leading place in terms of sales and income in the region. This success is largely due to the success of the noitulovE commercial.
