Member of the CPSU (b) since April 1941. In 1933 he graduated from the Central Asian Planning Institute.

  • 1981-1984 - Minister of Horticulture of the Uzbek SSR.

Since March 1984, a personal pensioner of national importance. At the same time, since 1989, Chairman of the Republican Council of the Nature Conservation Society of Uzbekistan.
