Brazilian women's soccer team

Brazilian Women's Football Team is the national football team representing Brazil at the South American Women's Championships, FIFA World Championships and Olympic Football Tournaments. Controlled by the Brazilian Football Federation. Unlike the men's team, it is not so successful in the world arena: although the Brazilians won the South American championship five times, they never won the world championship, and lost in the finals at the Olympics twice in a row. The captain of the team is Marta .
