History
In 1971, the Central Committee of the CPSU and the Council of Ministers of the USSR adopted a resolution on the construction of the Minusinsk industrial hub with a complex of electrical enterprises and a thermal power plant [1] [2] .
In 1974, a site was chosen; the next year, the construction of the peak boiler house began. Thermal power was introduced in stages: the first boiler - in 1978, the second - in 1979, the third - in 1981, the fourth - in 1985. For many years, the station functioned in a boiler room mode without electricity generating equipment. The first and only power unit of the Minusinsk TPP was put into commercial operation on December 25, 1997 [2] [3] .
First of all, the main heating networks were built in the direction of the electrical complex, in 1987 - the networks in the direction of the city [2] .
During the reform of RAO UES of Russia, the Minusinskaya CHPP, as well as other CHPPs of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, became part of TGK-13 , now controlled by the Siberian Generating Company .
In 2011, a turbo-unit was re-marked at the Minusinsk TPP with an increase in power by 5 MW [4] .
Description
At the beginning of 2016, the installed electric capacity of the Minusinsk CHPP is 85 MW [4] , the heat capacity is 330.4 Gcal / h, of which 130 Gcal / h falls to turbine extraction [5] . In the structure of electricity generation by power plants in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the share of the Minusinsk TPP is insignificant - less than 1% [4] .
The CHP supplies heat to the city, as well as the villages of Ilyichevo , Shushenskoye , Tes , Zeleny Bor [2] .
The main equipment of the CHP includes [5] :
- four steam boilers of the BKZ-75-39FB brand with a single steam capacity of 75 t / h;
- one unit comprising:
- power boiler brand BKZ-420-140PT2 steam capacity 420 t / h;
- turbine unit PT-85 / 105-130 / 13-1M with a capacity of 85 MW.
The station is designed to burn local brown coal. Fuel oil is used for kindling and as a reserve fuel. Flood ash disposal site.
