Criticism

Representative of the Anime News Network website, Karl Kimlinger, noted that the series is unique in its kind, since almost always anime characters who mutate or gain superpowers become social outcasts. Here, on the contrary, super-heroes become stars and participants in the global reality show, a program about heroes, and about what they do. The series itself is fascinating and unusual. [one]
