Snezhny Kom M Publishing House is a Russian publishing house of fiction. Founded in 2010. Refers to the so-called segment of "small publishing houses", books are published in small runs with internal illustrations. Creation History

Snow Publishing House in Riga

On February 14, 2002, Eric Bregis [3] created the literary portal snezhny.com [4] , after which in 2005 he published a collection of poems by the authors of the portal [5] . In 2006, Eric Bregis officially registered in Riga the publishing house “Snowball”, which was designed for Russian-speaking readers of Latvia . The publishing house took as a principle to maintain a high artistic level of texts and pay increased attention to the design of books [4] .

At the 2009 Interprescon convention, Snow Publishing House received the award as the most professional and original publishing house [6] . The works published in the publishing house fell into the long list of awards " Russian Booker ", " Big Book " [4] , the permanent author of the publishing house Sergey Krasilnikov in 2008 received the national prize "Debut" in two categories [6] .

From 2006 to 2009, the Snowball Publishing House (without the letter “M”) was based in Riga . In the future, the difficulties associated with logistics forced Eric Bregis in January 2010 [7] to move publishing to Moscow and register a publishing house under the new name “Snowball M”. [5] . The co-founder was the writer Gleb Gusakov , published under the pseudonym " Yaroslav Verov " [8] . In the spring of 2010, the first books were published - a collection of Yaroslav Verov and Igor Minakov, Operation Virus (a series of Real Fantasy) and a collection of Dmitry Kolodan 's Time of the Barmaglot (a series of Unrealistic Prose). In 2012, the “Book Kiosk” with electronic versions of the publisher’s books, as well as books that, for some reason, were not published on paper, opened on the site of Snow Coma M [9] .

The publishing house “Snow Com M” is constantly conducting three series: “Real Fantasy”, “Unreal Prose”, “Anthologies” [10] .

The series “Real Fantasy” publishes works written in such genres as solid science fiction , social science fiction , cyberpunk , an alternative story based on sociological calculations and modeling. Leading editor - Gleb Gusakov .
