Geography
On the south side it borders on the Otkaznensky reservoir [3] . The Kuma River flows through the village.
Distance to the regional center : 168 km. Distance to the district center : 9 km.
History
The village was founded in 1784 [4] .
Until May 1, 2017 [5] formed the rural settlement of the village of Otkaznoye as part of the Soviet municipal district , transformed by combining all the abolished settlements into the Soviet city district [6] [7] .
