Title
The street is named after March 8 , the international day for the struggle for women's rights, which initially appeared as a day of solidarity of working women in the struggle for equality of rights and emancipation.
History
The exact date of the appearance of the street is unknown. Until June 17, 1929 it was called Dmitrievskaya. Until October 21, 1965, the current University Lane was part of the street. In the 2000s, the alley of the same name was added to March 8 street. [2]
