Biography
By profession, engineer. For some time he was in the diplomatic service of the UPR . After the establishment of Soviet power in Ukraine, he emigrated to Belgium [1] .
In November 1927, at the first Conference of Ukrainian Nationalists (November 3–7, 1927) in Berlin, he was elected to the Ukrainian Nationalists together with E. Konovalets , M. Skiborsky , V. Martins . Collaborated in the magazine " National Opinion ", which was published by the Group of Ukrainian National Youth . Headed the Ukrainian National Council in Brussels.
28.1.-3.2.1929 participated in the First Congress of Ukrainian Nationalists in Vienna , after the completion of which, on behalf of the Wire, he headed the political review of the OUN. He has published numerous articles in the journal Creation of a Nation . In the 30s - referent of the OUN foreign policy.
Since 1940, Andrievsky has been one of the leaders of the OUN under the leadership of A. Melnik . In 1944, the Gestapo was arrested and imprisoned in a concentration camp in Brets. Since 1948 - Member of the Ukrainian National Council. Andrievsky is the author of a number of journalistic articles in which he outlined the basic principles of the ideology of nationalism - “Our position”, “Way of development”, “Circumstances of the 30s and the Wire of Ukrainian Nationalists”, etc.
Dmitry Yurievich Andrievsky died in the city of Dornstadt and was buried in Munich .
On January 22, 2010, the ashes of Dmitry Andrievsky were reburied on the field of heroes of the Lychakiv cemetery in the city of Lviv.
