He graduated from the Azerbaijan Industrial Institute in 1948.
In 1968-1980 he headed the Ministry of Energy and Electrification of the Azerbaijan SSR, which was subsequently transformed into the General Directorate of Energy and Electrification (Azglovenergo), Production Manager (Azglovenergo, currently Azerenerji ). He is the author of numerous scientific works, articles and patents, which are still used worldwide, including in Azerbaijan, the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and other countries.
