Biography
He studied medicine and law at several Philippine universities. He completed an internship in the USA.
From 1950 to 1958 he worked in the Philippine Bureau of the International Information Service. He was a press assistant to the presidential administration K. P. Garcia , liaison manager for PanAm Airlines (1958-1980).
He worked on the board of directors of the International PEN Club , the head of the Philippine branch of the PEN club.
Since 1978 lives in the USA . Married, has seven children and 18 grandchildren, all residing in the United States.
Creativity
Since 1941, a member of the Writers Club. He writes in English.
He gained fame after the Second World War as a poet and lyric poet. The poetry of C. Angeles is characterized by in-depth attention to the inner world of a person, sometimes turning into a passion for psychoanalysis.
