ZHASO JSC (Full name - ZHASO Insurance Company Joint-Stock Company ) is a large universal federal insurer , is included in the Top 20 insurance companies by premiums collected (in 2012, 2013 and 2014 - 15th place) [2] , [ 3] , [4] . Basic Information
The company registration number in the register is 263, the companies issued licenses of the Bank of Russia SL No. 0263, SI No. 0263, OS No. 0263 - 03, OS No. 0263 - 04, OS No. 0263 - 05, PS No. 0263 of November 3, 2015 for the right to exercise insurance and reinsurance [6] . The central office is in Moscow .
It was founded in May 7, 1991 , as an organization designed to insure its own risks of the Ministry of Railways of the USSR .
Before the start of liquidation, at the beginning of 2016 after the purchase, SOGAZ possessed 54 branches and 90 sales offices in 65 constituent entities of the Russian Federation [7] .
Company Management
From January 28, 2009 to December 29, 2015, the General Director of the company [8] was Tatyana Vladimirovna Paramonova , former Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank .
On December 29, 2015, Kirill Konstantinovich Brovkovich was appointed General Director of ZHASO JSC.

Rating
In 2015, the RAEX rating agency (Expert RA) affirmed the rating of JASO Insurance Company joint stock company at A ++ - “Exceptionally high level of reliability” [11] .
Termination
At the beginning of 2016, the transfer of all insurance contracts and the entire customer base to SOGAZ began . The portfolio of CTP insurance contracts was fully transferred from June 1, 2016, all rights and obligations under them began to be borne by SOGAZ JSC [12] . In early February 2017, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation revoked the license of the company for insurance [13] .
Company shareholders
At different times, the partial owners of the company were: Ministry of Railways of the USSR, Ministry of Railways of the Russian Federation, OAO Russian Railways, closed-end mutual investment investment fund RVM Russian Transit; Mixed investment investment fund Mistral; CJSC UK RVM Capital; Renaissance Investment Management LLC, NPF Blagosostoyanie, PJSC United Credit Systems [14] .
As of the beginning of 2015, 100% of the shares were owned by the subsidiary of NPF Blagosostoyanie, PJSC United Credit Systems [15] .
At the end of December 2015, the SOGAZ insurance group acquired a 24.99% stake, simultaneously introducing four of its representatives on the board of directors [16] .
In February 2016, SOGAZ became the sole owner and immediately set about liquidating the company. [17]
