The Boxing Museum was opened on May 20, 2005 at the Jean-Claude Boutier Sports Palace in Sannois , Val d'Oise . This is the first museum dedicated to sports in France .

Description
The museum has a rich collection of more than 8,000 exhibits; it provides a complete overview of the history of boxing from antiquity to the present day, both in terms of sport and culture. There are hundreds of trophies, historical documents and works of art from the 19th century to the present. You can also see the reconstructed ring and gym.
The museum is open all week, except Mondays, from 13:30 to 17:30.
