Galeyevo ( Tat. Gali ) is a village in the Agryz district of the Republic of Tatarstan . It is part of the Devyaterninsky rural settlement [2] .

History

The village was founded in 1825 and named after the first settler of Gali [3] . In the pre-revolutionary sources, the names Small Kadybash and Galiev of repairs are also found. In 1890, 57 state peasants from Tatars in 9 yards and 74 tektyars from Bashkirs in 13 yards lived in the village of Devyaterninsky Rural Society. They were engaged in agriculture (there were 3.2 tithes of farmland, 168.7 tithes of arable land, 6.6 tithes of hayfields, 2.2 tithes of pasture , 43.5 tithes of capitation forest and 18 tithes of forest allotment, as well as 3.8 tithes of uncomfortable land) cattle breeding (26 horses, 23 cattle heads, 33 sheep, 12 goats), beekeeping (54 beehives in 4 yards), from handicrafts - daily work [4] . At the beginning of the 20th century, a school and a mosque operated [3] .

Until 1921, the village was part of the Isenbaevsky volost of the Sarapulsky district of the Vyatka province . In 1921 it became part of the Agryz canton of the TASSR , in 1924 - in the Yelabuga canton , and in 1927 - in the Chelny canton . From August 10, 1930, the village became part of the Krasnoborsky district , from October 28, 1960, into the Agryz district , and from February 1, 1963, into the Yelabuga region . March 4, 1964 finally returned to the Agryz district [1] .

Geographical position

The village is located on the left bank of the Ary-Kazy River , one kilometer from the border of the Udmurt Republic . The nearest village, the village of Kadybash , is located 3 km to the east. The center of the rural settlement, the village of Devyaternya is 4 km to the northeast. The distance to the administrative center of the district, the city of Agryz , is 108 km by road [5] .

By the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, it is included in the list of settlements located in remote or inaccessible areas of the Republic of Tatarstan [6] .
