Biography
He played as a football player in the teams of CSKA , Lantana ( Estonia ), Wings of the Soviets , Mechelen ( Belgium ), CSKA-2 , Lokomotiv-NN , Torpedo-ZIL and Fakel-Voronezh . In total, he played 19 games in the Major League of the Russian Football Championship , in which he scored 1 goal.
After the end of his career, he became a football manager. He worked as an administrator in the RFU . In mid-2012, Kulichenko was appointed general manager of Ivanovo β Tekstilshchik β, but he could not take this post because of his work as an administrator in the Russian team, in which he was forbidden to combine posts.
