In 1972, by decree of the Presidium of the Armed Forces of the RSFSR, the village of MTF No. 2 of the collective farm named after Lenin was renamed Khoroshovsky [1] .

By order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 09.08.2019 No. 1773-r “On renaming the Khoroshovskiy farm located in the Piedmont region of the Stavropol Territory” it was renamed Khoroshevsky [5] .
