Beach ( Hungarian. Bereg ) - a historical committee in the northern part of the Kingdom of Hungary . Currently, most of the territory is part of the Transcarpathian region of Ukraine , the smaller part is part of the Sabolch-Satmar-Coast of Hungary . The administrative center was Beregovo .

Geography
From the north, the territory was limited to the Carpathians , from the south - Tisoy . In 1910, the territory of the committee was 3786 km².
History
The coast was one of Hungary 's oldest committees. After the defeat of Austria-Hungary in the First World War and its collapse in 1918 , according to the Trianon treaty of 1920 , most of the territory was ceded to Czechoslovakia (part of Subcarpathian Rus ), and the remainder to Hungary . In 1939, the Czechoslovak part was occupied by Hungary , in 1944 it was liberated by the Red Army . In 1945, Subcarpathian Rus was annexed to the Ukrainian SSR ( Transcarpathian region ).
