History
The factory was founded in 1942 in Novosibirsk on the basis of the evacuated workshop of the Odessa Rosa Luxemburg confectionery factory . The company was placed in a warehouse for optical groceries on 14 Nikitina Street , where various bulk products (tea, flour, cereals, etc.) were stored. Since the room was not intended for production activities, the task was to rebuild it. The factory was built mainly by women, future workers of the factory, who later mastered the confectionery specialty [1] .
On November 7, 1942, the factory produced its first trial product. From the first days of operation, the new enterprise begins to produce cocoa powder with sugar and bar chocolate for military pilots [1] .
In the first year, the factory produced up to 30 tons of chocolate products every month, 78 people worked at it [1] .
Since January 1943, the State Planning Committee was established for the enterprise, ordering to produce 243 tons of products annually [1] .
The assortment of factory products in 1943 consisted of tiled and figured chocolate, soft fondant and coated glazed sweets, chocolate powder and several varieties of semi-finished products [1] .
In 1944, the second stage was launched, after which the factory adjusted the production of more labor-intensive products, four varieties of chocolate and semi-finished products (chocolate icing, grated cocoa and cocoa butter ) appeared in the assortment [1] .

The products of the factory were awarded the awards of the contest of 100 best goods of Russia from 1999 to 2012.
