Biography
He has been swimming since he was seven years old, his parents sent him to the section on the advice of doctors to save him from frequent colds. The first coach, Vladimir Zakharov, remained Kudinov’s mentor throughout his career. At first, the athlete swam at normal distances, but at the age of 16 years (1995), as an experiment, he performed at the Russian Open Water Championship, took second place and decided to keep this specialization. Confidently won the 25-kilometer distance at the European Championships in Berlin in 2002. I had to swim at a water temperature of 18-19 degrees and air at 20 degrees.
