It is part of the Markovsky rural settlement [1] , from the point of view of administrative-territorial division - the Markovsky village council.
The distance by road to the regional center of Vologda is 23 km, to the center of the municipality of Vasilievsky - 1 km. The nearest settlements are Vasilievskoe , Lukintsevo , Burdukovo , Nikulino , Bolotovo , Borborino , Koptsevo , Papriha , Tishinovo .
According to the census in 2002, there was no permanent population [2] .
