It is part of the Leskovsky rural settlement [1] , from the point of view of administrative-territorial division - in the Workers 'and Peasants' Village Council.
The distance to the regional center of Vologda by road is 20.6 km, to the center of the municipality of Leskovo in a straight line - 7 km. The nearest settlements are Zakryshkino , Gorshkovo , Rubtsovo , Vatlanovo .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 10 people [2] .
