It is part of the Spassky rural settlement [1] , in terms of administrative-territorial division - in the Spassky village council.
The distance by road to the regional center of Vologda is 34 km, to the center of the municipality of Nepotyagovo - 24 km. The nearest settlements are Sysoevo , Bogorodskoye , Kostino .
According to the census in 2002, there was no permanent population [2] .
