It is part of the Spassky rural settlement [1] , in terms of administrative-territorial division - in the Spassky village council.

The distance by road to the regional center of Vologda is 17 km, to the center of the municipality of Nepotyagovo - 7 km. The nearest settlements are Maryukhino , Petrovskoe , Boltino , Maurino , Maurino , Burtsevo .

According to the 2002 census, the population is 58 people (28 men, 30 women). The entire population is Russian [2] .
