It is part of the Novlensky rural settlement (from January 1, 2006 to April 8, 2009 it was part of the Nefedovsky rural settlement) [1] [2] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division , it was part of the Nefedovsky rural council.
The distance to the regional center of Vologda by road is 85 km, to the center of the municipality of Novlensky in a straight line - 18 km. The nearest settlements are Shchetinino , Minino , Duplino , Stepanovo , Roslovskoye , Grozilovo .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 28 people (11 men, 17 women). The entire population is Russian [3] .
