It is part of the Novlensky rural settlement [1] , in terms of administrative-territorial division - in the Novlensky village council.
The distance by road to the regional center of Vologda is 71 km, to the center of the municipality of Novlensky - 11 km. The nearest settlements are Rostani , Orlovo , Pavlovo , Bedrino .
