It is part of the Novlensky rural settlement (from January 1, 2006 to April 8, 2009 it was part of the Votchinsky rural settlement) [1] [2] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division , it was part of the Votchinsky village council.
The distance to the regional center of Vologda by road is 76 km, to the center of the municipality of Novlensky in a straight line - 14 km. The nearest settlements are Metropolitan , Ignachevo , Mardasovo , Creamery , Watch .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 46 people (21 men, 25 women). The entire population is Russian [3] .
