It is part of the Kubensky rural settlement (from January 1, 2006 to April 8, 2009 it was part of the Veprevsky rural settlement) [1] [2] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division , it was part of the Veprevsky village council.
The distance to the regional center of Vologda by road is 67 km, to the center of the municipality of Kubensky in a straight line - 32 km. The nearest settlements - Sukhorukovo , Sysoevo , Northern Farm .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 13 people [3] .
