It is part of the Kubensky rural settlement (from January 1, 2006 to April 8, 2009 it was part of the Borisov rural settlement) [1] [2] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division , it was part of the Borisov rural council.
The distance to the regional center of Vologda by road is 46 km, to the center of the municipality of Kubensky in a straight line - 12 km. The nearest settlements are Trukhino , Peryevo , Glazkovo , Sukholomovo .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 3 people [3] .
