It is part of the Kubensky rural settlement (from January 1, 2006 to April 8, 2009 it was part of the Nesvoysky rural settlement) [2] [3] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division , it was part of the Nesvoysky rural council.
The distance to the regional center of Vologda by road is 45 km, to the center of the municipality of Kubensky in a straight line - 11 km. The nearest settlements are Sarajevo , Gridino , Anisovo .
