Description
The library opened in September 1975 . In 1997, she was named after the writer Viktor Platonovich Nekrasov . Since the assignment of the library to the name of Victor Nekrasov, the library staff has carried out painstaking work to identify and establish connections with the writer’s friends and acquaintances, collected and systematized materials about his life and work, and created a complete bibliography of the writer’s publications and literature about him. Here, systematically held meetings with friends and fans of the writer, the presentation of books about Victor Nekrasov. The file cabinet “V. Nekrasov: a portrait of life. " Intrasystem book exchange and interlibrary loan services are provided.
