Content
Geography
The village of Vostok is located on the right, upland, bank of the Enotaevka - Volga duct 19 kilometers south of the village of Enotaevka (regional center). From the west, the village bypasses the federal highway " Caspian ". The road is covered with rubble-covered village and is connected with the village of Bergin, Yustinsky district of Kalmykia .
History
East - the youngest village of Enotaevsky district - was founded in 1921 . The founder of the village is Dorokhov Ivan Timofeevich. In 1927 a school was opened. In 1929 the Dimitrov collective farm was founded. In 1952, the first House of Culture was built. In 1959, the state farm "Enotaevsky" was founded, uniting the inhabitants of two villages: Vladimirovka and East. Since 1975, the state farm "Enotaevsky" was based only in the village of Vostok. In November 1976, the Kolokolchik kindergarten was commissioned. In 1996, the state farm "Enotaevsky" was reorganized into LLP "Vostok" [3] .
