The station was opened on November 22, 1990 as part of the third launch site of line B of Florenc - Českomoravská.
Cheskomoravsk is a deep- laid pylon station . The depth of the station is 25 m, the length is 148 m.
The station is equipped with one exit leading respectively to one underground lobby. The lobby is located next to the Garfe Gallery Praha shopping center.
2002 Flood
The station was affected by the 2002 flood. The station opened after eliminating the effects of flooding in the 1st quarter of 2003.
