Perolepis pettiboneae (lat.) Is a species of marine polychaete worms of the family Polynoidae from the order Phyllodocida . [2] [3] .

Pacific Ocean. Gulf of Tonkin . Perolepis pettiboneae was found at a depth of 20 m [4] .
Description
The body length is up to 15 mm with a width of up to 2 mm, the length of the parodies without bristles is up to 2 mm. The eyes are large. The body is pigmented from the dorsal side (light brown; the ventral side is not colored), consists of at least 20-30 segments. Elitrophors are numerous, very elongated and do not differ from cirrophors. The length of the parapodia is equal to the width of the body [4] . On prostomium, one pair of antennas and eyes on ommatophores. Peristomal antennae with cirrophores. The prostomium is divided into two parts by the medial groove. Parapodia are bifurcated. All bristles (sets) are simple [2] [5] [6] .
