The flag of Pavlograd is a square panel divided by a silver diagonal strip into yellow (on the right) and green (on the left) halves.

Description
In the yellow part, two blue crossed arrows are pointed upwards, above which there is a red seven-pointed star . And in the green part is a white horse .
The flag of the city rises:
- Above the city council during the session, and in the session for the entire period of the session.
- Above the buildings of the city government and executive committee - constantly.
The flag of the city can be hoisted on the buildings of local governments, executive authorities, institutions, organizations and enterprises of Pavlograd during state and local holidays, during the reception of official delegations and at sports competitions.
The image of the city flag can be used in the manufacture of printed and advertising souvenir products.
The flag of the city while raising it together with the State flag of Ukraine should not exceed it in terms of parameters.
