It is separated from the rest of the region (and republic) by the Vyatka River . It borders on land with the Kirov region and Udmurtia .
The administrative center is the village of Lubyan , the village also includes the villages of Serdouss and Chulygin.

Geography
The largest river is the Lubyanka (natural monument), the rivers Ulyushka, Serdouska and Saramachka also flow. The guarding facilities are also the reference plantations with an area of 3.6 hectares, laid in 1910. The manor park has survived with its tall spruce and pine trees, dense undergrowth.
